Return Policy:  

You may return or exchange headbands & Floral Crowns withing 7 days of receiving your order. Crowns & Headbands must be unworn, and undamaged. If crowns & headbands are to be damaged return will be denied. You must pay for shipping to return the item. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange your return. If your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, or payment we will contact you via email.

Shipping: 

 All orders are generally shipped 2-5 days after the order is placed. All orders are shipped through USPS (United Postal Service) first class mail. An email is sent with tracking information after your order is mailed out.
